Theatre Mask

Yesterday I have done my drama presentation. Coincidentally, there were few groups of actors were wearing mask to show different facial expression.

I'm impressed on their idea of portraying different faces of the same person. Behind the mask, the original face is hidden.

I'm also agreed with what April wrote "On a side note, do you know people can still observe your behaviour although you're only showing certain side of you in front of the others?"

I have encountered a few person like this.

With she is with you, she talked bad about others. When she is facing that person, she is pretending to be good with her. When the boss is not here, she instructed me to do her work. When the boss is there, she is polishing his shoes. When boss rushed for the work given, she came and urged me but not doing herself.

Second case, this person is being very good to you. But suddenly, you do not know what happened, she changed face. She ignored you, stop talking to you, telling others about your bad things. Just a glimpse of eyes, she has changed.

I feel so scary. Why a same person can have so many faces?

I'm so afraid to offend such person. I will talk very carefully to her, obey her, dare not do anything wrong.

Am I timid? Perhaps human being is more scary than ghost.

But I'm very comfortable to be my real self together with my close friends. I trust them, I love them, we know each other very well. We do not have any faces covered.

Is this also the 2 different masks I wear when facing different person?
