Respect

Respect = 尊敬，但不是尊师重道。

I respect the professional teachers who give commitment to teach and convey the knowledge to students.

I could not respect the dominant teachers who only give orders and command, no freedom, no choices is allowed, not even considering the feelings of the students. I disrespect irresponsible teacher, teacher who made empty promises and not punctual...

To be a teacher has to be respected by the students. Therefore, teachers themselves have to possess the positive elements to be respected by the students.
