Holiday

No matter what type of business you're working for, or what size the company is, there must be annual leaves for workers. They deserve to have a break from their work in anyway.

Your company would approve your leave as long as you're not handling a big project. It's for the audit to check if you've done anything illegal and inappropriate during work earlier, or to show that the company can work without you. *laugh* The last one is my sadistic guess though.

Anyway, my current workplace has none.

Not to say strictly none, it's just that the holidays would be informal. For instance, we don't need to give formal letter or notice to our boss, as long as we've told him in advance. It's also provided that my boss approved.

Any other time, we'd just have to work hard and be punctual. If we're absent from work, even if we're taking emergency leave, our salary would probably be deducted for the month. It also depends on my boss' mood.

Not like we're working while having holiday.
Why can't we have our proper leave for holiday?

p/s: To rest is to walk further later.
